40 DAY GUARANTEE

We are out developing new upgrades and some of the most unique products in the world – and we back it up with our 40 Day Guarantee.

In addition to the Warranty below, during the first forty (40) days after your receipt of a YoraHome CNC machine, YoraHome guarantees you a 40-Day Return window (beginning the date of receipt) to evaluate your purchase.

If you don’t have a happy experience, we will do whatever it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Feel free to contact us for any assistance you might need.

WARRANTY

This warranty only applies to orders placed after August 1, 2022.

Every YoraHome CNC machine is warranted to the original purchaser only to be free from defects in material and workmanship. YoraHome will repair or replace any part of a YoraHome CNC machine which, after examination, is determined by YoraHome to be defective in material or workmanship after the date of purchase.

This warranty does not apply to clamps, milling bits, collets, wasteboards, materials to be cut or carved, software or any other CNC parts or laser accessories.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, this warranty will be void and no warranty coverage will be provided if any damage or defect results from:

  • Misuse, alterations, abuse, normal wear and tear, neglect, lack of maintenance, excessive industrial use, or accidents, any of which will void this warranty
  • Disasters such as fire, flood, lightning or improper electric current Service or alteration by anyone other than an authorized YoraHome representative.
  • Failure to turn on or use clean water within the chiller or water pump
  • Failure to clean optical mirrors and lenses
  • Failure to clean or lube guide rails with lubricant oil
  • Failure to properly store the laser in a properly conditioned environment
  • Failure to perform periodic maintenance
  • Install any firmware in the machine which is not specifically issued or recommended by YoraHome
  • Any change or modification to the electronics or computer components of the machine
  • Any peripheries or accessories attached to the electronics or computer components of the machine which have not be specifically issued or recommended by YoraHome
  • Operation for unintended purposes
  • Defects that are only cosmetic in nature

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCESS

  • To obtain warranty service for a defect, you must first contact YoraHome via email - support@yorahome.com.
  • You may be required to provide pictures and/or video of the claimed defect.
  • If YoraHome determines that your machine qualifies for warranty repair, YoraHome will at their discretion, either ship to you a replacement part for you to install or require you to return the failed component or machine to YoraHome for warranty service. This may include CNC controllers, major machine components, and similar items.
  • For some repairable components (CNC Controllers, CNC Structural components, 6550-Pro Controllers), YoraHome will require you to return the defective part to the warehouse (we’ll even provide you a complimentary shipping label) prior to shipping the replacement part or you may pay a refundable deposit that will be returned in full once the part is received at the warehouse.

We offer the ability for clients to upgrade to expedited shipping for the cost difference between normal and express shipping, which will be invoiced and charged to the client prior to shipment.

POST WARRANTY SUPPORT

YoraHome offers free lifetime tech support via email, phone, and Zoom to the original purchaser. However, after the expiration of the warranty, replacement parts will be the responsibility of the client including shipping charges. YoraHome will provide a quote for the necessary parts and repairs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Our return policy lasts 40 days. All returns are subjected to the following conditions:

1. Prior to confirmation of shipping: You will receive a full refund for your purchase price.

2. Unopened packages within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less a 15% restocking fee.

3. Opened packages, unused, within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less a 20% restocking fee.

4. Opened packages, assembled, used, no visible wear or damage, within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less a 35% restocking and refurbishment fee.

In order to complete your return, you need to request your Return Authorization (RA) Number by emailing support@yorahome.com with detailed reason for return with pictures and video of the issue that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the USA warehouse; where you can mail the product you would like to return. To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.

Refunds are always issued to a customer in the currency that they used to pay for the order. Because currency conversion rates fluctuate, the rate at the time of the payment is often different from the rate at the time of the refund. As a result, the converted amount that you pay for the order usually doesn't equal the converted amount that you receive back in the refund. You can gain or lose money with refunds because of currency conversions.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned: 3D Printed Products, Router Bits, Sanitary goods, Software, 1-on-1 Support. 

Due to the logistical concerns involved with seaborne shipments; returns/cancellations cannot be performed on CO2 laser engravers once they are in transit; at that point, delivery is scheduled and routing cannot be changed while on a ship.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

YoraHome carefully selects shipping carriers based on the safe and courteous delivery of your products within a reasonable timeframe. However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment.

We ask customers to notify us by email within 48 hours of delivery of any damage caused to the packaging and/or products.

TECHNICAL ASSEMBLY

YoraHome does not guarantee the buyer’s ability to assemble, setup, or use our product(s). The quality of any project produced using the machine with the software we provide or recommend is dependent upon its proper setup. If you are not sure of the correct initial setup and operation of the machine or the software, please consult us. We provide 1 hour of free consultation.
