FREE REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE
All products come with a FREE replacement guarantee for defective products for 40 days from shipment.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange to deliver the correct items or return all your payment.
If the item you received is defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order - we will make sure that all of your issues are resolved.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us at email@example.com.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Our return policy lasts 40 days. All returns are subjected to the following conditions:
1. Prior to confirmation of shipping: You will receive a full refund for your purchase price, including shipping.
2. Unopened packages within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less shipping and a 10% restocking fee.
3. Opened packages, unused, within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less shipping and a 15% restocking fee.
4. Opened packages, assembled, used, no visible wear or damage, within 40 days of shipment with its original receipt, with all original materials and packaging, undamaged: You will receive a refund for your purchase price, less shipping and a 30% restocking and refurbishment fee.
In order to complete your return, you need to request your Return Authorization (RA) Number by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org with detailed reason for return with pictures and video of the issue that supports your reason. Upon approval, you will receive the RA# and the address of the closest warehouse where you can mail the product you would like to return. To assure your refund, please use a trackable mail service, we will not be responsible for lost or missing packages.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please make sure you send the item back as a gift as we don't cover custom fees for returns.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, usually within 3-5 business days.
Some of our products are shipped from our overseas fulfillment centers. If you wish to return your product(s), please contact us by email at email@example.com, and we'll further assist you to give you the address to ship the item back.
If you return the item back to the manufacture address without first contacting us, YoraHome WILL NOT be responsible for any lost item during the transition, therefore we will be unable to issue any refund if the product is lost during the transition back to our overseas fulfillment center.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for another item, send us an email at email@example.com.
How do I change or cancel my order?
We usually ship the same day. So, if you need to cancel or make any changes to your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org within 1-2 hours of making your purchase. Our team will make the necessary changes or cancel your order if it has not been shipped yet.
YoraHome does not guarantee the buyer’s ability to assemble, setup, or use our product(s). The quality of any project produced using the machine with the software we provide or recommend is dependent upon its proper setup. We will support until you are able to set your machine correctly.
Buyer no longer wants the items - this is the most common example which we cannot honour if we want to continue offering great value at YoraHome. The buyer should make sure he or she wants to buy the items before submitting an order, not after. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
Buyer found items cheaper somewhere else - Buyer should be confident that he or she is ready to pay the asking prices before submitting an order. After an order is submitted, the buyer enters into a legally binding contract with the seller to purchase all items in that order.
